|Position||Health & Safety/IMS Officer|
|Contract Type:||Full Time, Permanent.|
|Experience Necessary:||The candidate must show that they have experience of working in a busy office environment, are competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages and also have experience of e-tendering processes. Experience of Integrated Management Systems would be advantageous. The ability to work to short deadlines is essential.|
|Qualifications Necessary:||The candidate should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
A Health & safety qualification would be a distinct advantage.
|Skills Necessary:||The candidate should be well organised and efficient. They should be computer literate and capable of managing various projects simultaneously. Strong typing skills are an advantage as is the ability to demonstrate attention to detail. The post holder is required to manage their own workload, and be able to work on their own initiative.|
|Job Duties:||This is a varied role and requires the post holder to assist the Senior Management Team in the tender process. Be actively involved in maintaining the Integrated Management System. Ensure contract compliance, including organising training and security clearances.
Provide Health & Safety documentation to contractors.
Monitor and maintain the list of Sub-Contractors ensuring suitability.
Provide management reports at regular intervals.
Various other administrative duties.
