Experience Necessary:Experience in Microsoft office packages is essential.  Experience in a busy office environment would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.  They should be able to show initiative that they can work to short deadlines and effectively manage their own workload.
Qualifications Necessary:The candidate should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.  A typing qualification would be advantageous.
Skills Necessary:The candidate should be well organised and efficient. They should have a professional telephone manner and be computer literate. Strong typing skills are an advantage and they should be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
Job Duties:The postholder will be involved in a sales office environment, entering data from customers and ensuring the accuracy of quotations and orders. They will also answer email and telephone queries from customers and produce monthly figures as required.
Working Hours8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
