At Pollock Lifts, we understand that our customers have different requirements. That is why we offer a comprehensive range of options to resellers. Whether you wish to buy disabled access lifts, elevators or stairlifts for the home or wheelchair lifts, goods, services or platform lifts for public buildings, we will put together a package to suit your needs.
You choose the option that's best for you, from supply only to a complete package
that includes everything from installation and training to our reliable aftercare
service. If you prefer supply only, we provide a full consultation and prompt
delivery. If you would like us to supply and install, then within six to eight
weeks of your order, your chosen lift will be ready to be installed at the
prepared site, quickly and with a minimum of disruption, by our expert team.
With Supply and Install you also have the option to include building work,
aftercare and one of our warrantly options.
The choice is yours. We can visit the site to conduct a survey on your behalf or jointly with you. We can install, with or without building work and, if you wish, also provide a warranty, while our aftercare service is available to ensure problem-free operation into the future. In some cases we can also customise the lift with your company logo. If you choose to install our lifts yourself but require training, our highly experienced and qualified team are on hand to lead you through the process, step by step. We can also provide sales and product training and training for troubleshooting. On top of all of this, we offer lead commission too. In today's competitive environment, we know that simply providing a wide range of the most innovative, stylish and safety-conscious lifts on the market is not enough. That is why we have developed our friendly and comprehensive service to ensure that we meet your requirements, whatever they are.

If you choose our installation options, our highly qualified team will install your lift, speedily and with a minimum of disruption, within six to eight weeks of your order. They will also provide on-site training.
Aftercare option
We also provide a maintenance and call-out service that offers the expertise of factory-trained engineers, ready to respond when you need them, right around the clock. That's the Pollock aftercare guarantee.
Safety standards
Over 20 years, our lifts have gained an unrivalled reputation for safety and quality. We have adopted all the major industry standards (we are CE compliant, Construction Line-registered and adhere to BS standards), while signing up to ISO 9002 means an assurance of quality in every aspect of our service.
Warranty
We offer 12-months parts and labour as standard and have very reasonable extended warranties for up to five years. We also have a parts only warranty.
