Position Administrator
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Experience Necessary: The candidate must show evidence that they have experience of working in a busy office environment and have used Microsoft Office packages. They should be able to show they can work to short deadlines and effectively manage their own workload.
Qualifications Necessary: The candidate should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
A typing qualification would be advantageous.
Skills Necessary: The candidate should be well organised and efficient. They should have a professional telephone manner and be computer literate. Strong typing skills are an advantage and they should be able to demonstrate attention to detail.
Job Duties: The postholder will produce written quotations and forward to various clients as required. They will also answer email and telephone queries from clients and also produce monthly figures as required.
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
